We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5 Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- Provide clinical advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimise patient care.
- Monitor and review patient medication regimens, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and Trust policies.
- Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy support staff and students.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Completion of a recognised pharmacy degree (MPharm or equivalent).
- Successful completion of the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Year or equivalent experience.
- NHS mandatory training completion.
