About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice in Wadhurst.

The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care, with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations

Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions Develop personalised treatment and management plans Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement

What We're Looking ForEssential

• MRCGP qualified

Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise Inclusion on the GMC GP Register Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland) Independent Prescriber UK based Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills

Desirable

• Experience using SystmOne

Interest in collaborative multidisciplinary working Desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
