About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Locum General Practitioner to join a friendly and well-established GP practice in Wadhurst.

The practice is seeking a GP to provide ongoing locum cover with an immediate start available. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations

Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber Develop personalised treatment and management plans Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team Provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred care

What We're Looking ForEssential

MRCGP qualified

Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise Inclusion on the GMC GP Register Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland) Independent Prescriber UK based Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

Desirable

Experience using SystmOne

Previous NHS locum GP experience Ability to provide regular availability
