About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced General Practitioner with a specialist interest in ADHD to support a growing remote clinical service. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible sessional work, ideal for GPs with experience in ADHD assessment, medication management, and ongoing patient support across children, young people, and/or adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ADHD-focused clinical consultations remotely
  • Support assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management of ADHD patients
  • Undertake medication reviews and treatment monitoring where appropriate
  • Provide clear clinical advice, treatment planning, and follow-up recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and wider mental health services where required

What We’re Looking For

  • GMC registered GP with Licence to Practise
  • Experience managing patients with ADHD
  • Strong understanding of ADHD treatment pathways and medication management
  • Excellent communication and remote consultation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a virtual clinical environment

Desirable

  • Experience within ADHD or neurodevelopmental services
  • Prescribing experience relating to ADHD medications
  • Experience working with CAMHS and/or adult ADHD services
  • Additional mental health or neurodevelopmental training
