Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the wraparound provision, ensuring a smooth transition between the school day and the club.
  • Design and implement a varied program of age-appropriate activities, including sports, arts, and quiet study.
  • Supervise and support a team of playworkers/assistants to maintain high standards of care.

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Play work, or Early Years / Level 4+ or a degree in Education/Childcare is highly desirable.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
