About Flexzo Teach: Flexzo Teach is a recruitment, safeguarding and compliance platform that enables educational settings to book education professionals directly, without the need for an agency, managed service provider or other third-party intermediaries. Educational settings use the platform for workforce cover, long-term placements and permanent recruitment. We are building local talent pools so more settings can switch on direct bookings in Scunthorpe. To expand coverage where you live, we are inviting Teaching Assistants to pre-register. What you can expect: As a Teaching Assistant on Flexzo Teach, you can:

Typical responsibilities (varies by setting): Depending on the education provision, you may support with:
- Supporting learning activities in the classroom, in small groups, or 1:1 as agreed
- Supporting learners to engage with planned activities and routines
- Supporting inclusive practice, including supporting learners with SEND or additional needs where required
- Working under the direction of education staff and following agreed plans
- Following safeguarding and compliance processes and escalating concerns in line with setting policy
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting or strong relevant transferable experience in child workforce settings
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate (or willingness to complete one if required)
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or relevant experience
