The Opportunity:
- Set your availability for short-term, long-term, or permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Lead interventions or classroom activities (HLTA level) to close attainment gaps.
- Implement de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour strategies.
- Work with inclusion leads to deliver Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Requirements:
- Proven background as a SEN Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or Mentor in an Alternate Provision, PRU, or SEND settings.
- Strong skills in behaviour management and trauma-informed practice.
- Confidence in tailoring curriculum delivery to diverse learning needs.
- Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- A calm, professional approach to supporting students with complex barriers.
