What you can expect: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on Flexzo Teach, you can:

Typical responsibilities (varies by setting): Depending on the education provision, you may support with:
- Leading learning activities for individuals, small groups, or whole class delivery where agreed and appropriate
- Delivering pre-planned learning activities and supporting assessment for learning, in line with setting guidance
- Supporting learners to engage with planned activities and routines
- Supporting inclusive practice, including supporting learners with SEND or additional needs where required
- Working alongside teaching staff to support planning, preparation and learning resources where required
- Following safeguarding and compliance processes and escalating concerns in line with setting policy
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in an educational setting, or strong relevant experience supporting learning delivery
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate (or willingness to complete one if required)
- HLTA status or an equivalent Level 3 qualification in a relevant education support route (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Confidence supporting or leading learning activities in line with setting expectations and policies
