What you need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Certification in Forest School Leadership or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children in outdoor education or nature-based learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor settings.
- 2-5 years of experience in forest school leadership
- Experience and training working with children with SEMH/SEND needs.
- Forest School Leader Level 3 Qualification.
- Experience demonstrating compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience.
