What you’ll do:

  • Deliver personalised, one-to-one or small group tuition, mainly in-person
  • Adapt lessons to SEND learners’ needs, focusing heavily on engagement and confidence-building
  • Support curriculum-aligned progress in core subjects (primarily Maths and English) at KS1–KS4, GCSE, or Functional Skills level
  • Maintain professional communication and reporting with students, parents, and the client schools

What you need (Essential):

  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience with strong core subject knowledge (Maths and English)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but not essential if you have substantial classroom or SEND experience

  • Ability to drive and travel within ~30 minutes of assigned students
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one for in-person sessions
