About the Opportunity

Flexzo Teach is supporting an education setting in Wellingborough that is part of our pilot programme and is currently seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join them from January until Easter, with the potential for extension. This is a long-term classroom-based role, offering consistency, routine and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. The setting is looking for someone confident supporting pupils with cognition and learning needs and autism, and who can commit to the role for the full duration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
  • Experience supporting pupils with cognition and learning needs and autism
  • Understanding of safeguarding within UK education settings
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
