What you need
- QTS/QTLS is desirable but not essential. We warmly welcome experienced Unqualified Teachers, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), and Cover Supervisors with strong SEN backgrounds.
- Proven experience supporting young people with special educational needs or disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, or challenging behaviors.
- Exceptional confidence and personality, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with disengaged learners.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS (or a willingness to obtain one).
