Flexzo Teach is a recruitment, safeguarding and compliance platform that enables educational settings to book education professionals directly, without the need for an agency, managed service provider or other third-party intermediaries. Educational settings use the platform for workforce cover, long-term placements and permanent recruitment. We are building local talent pools so more settings can switch on direct bookings in Liverpool.

To expand coverage where you live, we are inviting Class Teachers to pre-register. Getting started takes a CV upload and a short profile setup. When you join, it helps us show local educational settings that they can meet cover needs through a direct model, with transparency and direct communication with you.

What you can expect:

Typical responsibilities (varies by setting):

  • Delivering planned learning in line with the setting’s curriculum and policies.
  • Maintaining a purposeful learning environment and supporting behaviour expectations in line with setting policy.
  • Assessing learning as required by the setting and providing feedback that supports progress.
  • Adapting learning activities to support inclusive practice, including reasonable adjustments where required.
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and wider education teams.
  • Following safeguarding and compliance processes and escalating concerns in line with setting policy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification (as required by the setting).
  • Experience teaching in an educational setting relevant to the role (e.g., EYFS, Primary, Secondary).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • DBS certificate (or willingness to complete one if required).
  • Strong classroom practice, communication, and professional conduct in education settings.
