What You Need
- Mandatory experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC/ASD)
- At least 12 months of teaching or tutoring experience
- In progress of or completed a bachelor’s degree, plus completed A-Levels
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven ability to implement adapted learning plans, visual supports, and interest-led strategies for neurodivergent learners
- A compassionate, patient, and nurture-focused approach
Location & Onboarding Requirement
Please note: While these are online tutoring roles, all candidates must attend an in-person interview and vetting process before commencing work. You must be based within reasonable travelling distance of our operating locations (London, Surrey, Manchester, Kent, or surrounding areas) to complete onboarding. Candidates unable to attend an in-person interview cannot be considered.
