Flexzo Teach is launching a brand-new independent special school in Leeds and seeks a founding SENDCO to shape the SEND strategy from the ground up.
You will work with the Headteacher and Directors to embed an inclusive culture and high-quality support for pupils aged 11-16 with EHCPs.
You will own EHCP development, annual reviews, and ensure SEND best practices across a small team of educators.
