Flexzo Teach in Leeds is seeking a founding SENDCO to work closely with the Headteacher and Directors to design and implement the SEND strategy for a brand-new independent special school serving 11β16-year-olds with EHCPs, focusing on autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.
You will own EHCPs, annual reviews, and lead a small team in a calm, relationship-led environment while ensuring compliance with SEND Code of Practice and independent school standards.
