Flexzo Teach is seeking a founding Headteacher for a small, independent special school in the Leeds area, catering to 11–16 pupils with EHCPs (autism, ADHD, MLD).
This is not a standard Headteacher role; you will shape culture and drive the first Ofsted outcome.
You will lead a dedicated staff team, ensure safeguarding and standards, and work with Directors on strategic development to deliver high-quality teaching and a calm, relationship-led environment.
