What you n eed Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.

G., ASD, dyslexia, ADHD) or those requiring targeted catch-up suppor t.

All applicants must have prior SEN experien ce.

Strong experience delivering targeted interventions or tutoring across the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (primarily English/Phonics and Mathematics), or holding a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTL S).

Ability to commute to our primary operating areas (London, Surrey, Manchester, or Kent) for your initial interview and potential placemen ts.

A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain on e).

A strong understanding of the National Curriculum, primary assessment frameworks, or foundational phonics schemes, alongside the ability to implement tailored lesson plans and track student progress effective ly.

A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with young learners, parents, and school sta ff.

N ote: In-Person Interview with hiring school: To ensure the highest quality of safeguarding and connection, all first interviews are conducted in person, even if you ultimately choose to tutor remotely.

You must be able to travel to one of our operating areas for this st age.
