What you need

  • A recognised qualification in Educational Psychology or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND)
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders
  • Skills in clinical research related to child development or educational psychology
  • Strong background in patient care, counselling, and behavioural support within a school or clinical context
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
  • A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with children, parents, and educational staff
