What you need
- A recognised qualification in Educational Psychology or equivalent professional accreditation
- Right to work in the UK
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND)
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders
- Skills in clinical research related to child development or educational psychology
- Strong background in patient care, counselling, and behavioural support within a school or clinical context
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with children, parents, and educational staff
