About Flexzo Teach: Flexzo Teach is a recruitment, safeguarding and compliance platform that enables educational settings to book education professionals directly, without the need for an agency, managed service provider or other third-party intermediaries. Educational settings use the platform for workforce cover, long-term placements and permanent recruitment. We are building local talent pools so more settings can switch on direct bookings in Doncaster. To expand coverage where you live, we are inviting HLTAs to pre-register. Getting started takes a CV upload and a short profile setup.

What you can expect: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on Flexzo Teach, you can:

Typical responsibilities (varies by setting): Depending on the education provision, you may support with:
- Leading learning activities for individuals, small groups, or whole class delivery where agreed and appropriate
- Delivering pre-planned learning activities and supporting assessment for learning, in line with setting guidance
- Supporting learners to engage with planned activities and routines
- Supporting inclusive practice, including supporting learners with SEND or additional needs where required
- Working alongside teaching staff to support planning, preparation and learning resources where required
- Following safeguarding and compliance processes and escalating concerns in line with setting policy
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in an educational setting, or strong relevant experience supporting learning delivery
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate (or willingness to complete one if required)
- HLTA status or an equivalent Level 3 qualification in a relevant education support route (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Confidence supporting or leading learning activities in line with setting expectations and policies
