Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrated leadership experience within an SEMH or Alternative Provision (AP) setting is required. Proven background in curriculum or pastoral leadership, with strong organizational skills to manage staff performance, daily rotas, and behaviour management systems. Team Teach training (or equivalent positive behaviour management training) is highly preferred.
Track record in pastoral support, with skills in guiding young people facing social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges and complex behaviours. Strong operational leadership to manage daily site routines, oversee staff, and work effectively alongside parents, external multi-agency networks, and local authorities.
A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
