We are seeking talented Lead Football Coaches with exceptional people skills and a passion for developing young children’s confidence, creativity, and sports skills. What You Need
- Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience working with children and coaching football
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with parents, players, and venue staff
- Own transport (essential for traveling to various school and local locations across Warrington with coaching equipment)
- Excellent organizational skills, honesty, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude
- A valid Enhanced DBS check and photo ID
Your Core Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, safe, and high-quality football coaching sessions for young players
- Manage session setups and ensure all coaching equipment is safely transported, set up, and cleared away
- Build strong relationships by communicating effectively with parents and providing constructive feedback on player development
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude, promote positive sporting values, and keep coaching equipment well-presented
