What You Need
- Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in behavior management (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA) or advanced safeguarding (DSL training) are highly desirable.
- Track record as a Behavior Lead, Head of Year, Inclusion Manager, or Welfare Officer, preferably within an alternative provision, PRU, or specialist SEN setting.

- Deep understanding of positive behavior support (PBS), restorative justice practices, and statutory safeguarding procedures (KCSIE).
