What You Need
- Mandatory experience supporting learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and SEN
- At least 12 months of teaching or tutoring experience
- In progress of or completed a bachelor’s degree, plus completed A-Levels
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven ability to adapt curricula, support multi-sensory strategies, and manage complex physical or communication needs
- A compassionate, nurture-focused approach to learning
Location & Onboarding Requirement
While both in-person and online tutoring is offered, all candidates must attend an in-person interview and vetting process. You must be based within reasonable travelling distance of Surrey (or surrounding operating areas) to be considered.
