Flexzo Teach connects exceptional educators and mentors directly with local specialist provisions for tailored 1:1 role. We are currently looking for a dedicated SEND / SEMH Mentor / Tutor to support two 14-year-old boys in the Andover area. This outreach setting provides personalized 1:1 support outside traditional classroom environments, focusing heavily on community-based activities, sports, and emotional regulation. We need someone who understands complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and can build trusted, low-arousal relationships through shared interests like football and sports to help these young people manage their needs and re-engage with learning.

What you need:
- Solid, hands-on experience supporting children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs (formal teaching qualifications are not required; practical experience and competency are key).
- Strong ability to support complex emotional, sensory, and behavioral needs using low-arousal strategies and patient, sports-led or activity-based engagement.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are required to conduct 1:1 sessions out in the community. (Essential)
- Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
