How to prepare for a job interview at Flexzo Ai
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you brush up on your clinical knowledge and the latest pharmacy practices. Familiarise yourself with GPhC standards and any recent changes in regulations. This will not only help you answer questions confidently but also show that you're committed to providing top-notch patient care.
✨Showcase Your Experience
Prepare specific examples from your past roles that highlight your skills in managing prescriptions, patient counselling, and team supervision. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses, making it easier for the interviewer to see how you can contribute to their team.
✨Ask Smart Questions
Interviews are a two-way street, so come prepared with insightful questions about the role and the team. Inquire about the types of services they offer, how they handle patient interactions, or what their expectations are for locum pharmacists. This shows your genuine interest and helps you assess if it's the right fit for you.
✨Be Professional Yet Approachable
While it's important to maintain professionalism, don’t forget to let your personality shine through. Pharmacists need strong communication skills, so demonstrate your ability to connect with others. A friendly demeanour can go a long way in making a positive impression on your potential employer.
