A well-established, high-performing training practice in Stockton-on-Tees is looking to recruit a Salaried GP to join its friendly, progressive and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP looking for a well-organised practice with a strong team culture, excellent clinical support, and real scope for development.

The opportunity:

  • 4-6 sessions per week
  • Working days: Tuesday and Thursday (3rd day optional)
  • £11,250 per session
  • Purpose-built practice
  • BMA contract
  • NHS pension
  • Indemnity fees paid
  • 30 days annual leave + bank holidays pro rata
  • 1 week study leave pro rata
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available

You’ll be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team including GP trainers, Salaried GPs, Nursing staff, Paramedic and Clinical Pharmacist support, within a practice known for high patient satisfaction and a strong focus on quality care.

The role includes:

  • Face-to-face and telephone consultations
  • Triage and HUB duty
  • Bloods and letters
  • Prescriptions and queries
  • Clinic support
  • Safeguarding and palliative care leadership
  • Quality improvement, audits and clinical governance
  • Support with trainees and medical students
