We are working in partnership with an NHS service to recruit a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a supportive and multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while contributing to service development and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take professional and legal responsibility for all aspects of your own clinical practice, ensuring consistently high standards of physiotherapy care.
  • Manage a designated caseload, effectively organising and prioritising workload and undertaking comprehensive assessments of functional mobility.
  • Develop clinically reasoned treatment plans and prognoses, setting person-centred goals that promote independence, participation, and safe discharge.
  • Plan and deliver educational and rehabilitative group sessions, adapting interventions in response to individual needs and clinical risk.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with legal, departmental, and Trust requirements, contributing to audit and evidence-based practice.
  • Support service development and improvement, acting as a champion for specific service areas and contributing to in-service training and practice development.

Essential

  • Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience supervising staff and/or students
  • Confident use of electronic patient record systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
