Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is seeking a Band 6 Community Dietitian to join the Community Adult Rehabilitation Service. The role involves delivering specialist nutritional support to adults in their homes, care homes and intermediate care settings, within CNWL’s multidisciplinary team.
You will assess and treat adults with malnutrition or those requiring enteral feeding, provide dietary counselling, and contribute to care pathways and service development.
