We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Doctor with a background in Medical Oncology or Haematology to join a leading private healthcare provider in London.


This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking to develop their oncology career within a specialist private hospital environment, working alongside highly experienced consultants, oncology nurses and multidisciplinary teams.


There Are Opportunities Across Both Outpatient And Inpatient Services



  • Outpatients: Monday-Friday social hours

  • Chemotherapy Day Unit: Weekday shifts, either 8:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-8:00pm

  • Inpatients: Days, nights and weekends

  • Full-time or part-time contracts considered, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week


Key Responsibilities Include



  • Providing medical cover within the oncology/chemotherapy service

  • Assessing patients receiving systemic anti-cancer treatment

  • Reviewing outpatient prescriptions and treatment protocols

  • Managing acute complications and emergencies arising during treatment

  • Working closely with consultants and the wider MDT to deliver personalised patient care

  • Supporting the ongoing development of the oncology service


Essential Requirements



  • Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise

  • Full MRCP

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing oncology patients

  • Medical Oncology and/or Haematology experience

  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills


For internationally trained doctors, candidates must have commenced specialist training in Medical Oncology or Haematology.


UK-trained doctors with relevant registrar-level oncology or haematology experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
