We're recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children's home in North London, supporting young people with complex trauma and attachment needs. The home is built around Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and relational care, focusing on stability, meaningful relationships, and long-term outcomes for young people in residential care.
The Role
You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the home, ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care quality, and team development while creating a stable environment for children to thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Registered Manager (or ready to step into registration)
- Background in Ofsted-regulated children's residential care
- Strong safeguarding and leadership experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Experience leading teams and preparing for Ofsted inspections
