We’re looking for a Market Intelligence Specialist to build a data advantage in one of the most complex markets in the world: healthcare workforce and operations. This is about creating signal from noise — turning fragmented, delayed, and often opaque data into something our commercial teams can actually use to win.
- Combine public sector data (FOI / open records), historical datasets, and real-time market signals to map demand, identify opportunities, and guide where we deploy sales effort.
- Extract and structure historical workforce, spend, and operational data.
- Build leading indicators from live data sources.
- Create actionable intelligence.
- Account-level opportunity scoring.
- Timing signals for outreach.
- Translate data into clear, visual outputs for sales teams.
- Build target account lists by region, segment, and urgency.
Our outreach is timed, targeted, and data-backed. We build a data moat competitors can’t easily replicate.
Experience in market intelligence, data strategy, or analytics is required, including:
- FOI requests or public sector data (UK or US).
- Data aggregation (APIs, scraping, or manual sourcing).
- Ability to turn analysis into clear commercial insight.
- Python / SQL / data pipelines.
- BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Experience building maps / visualisations is a strong plus.
You care about commercial impact, not just data accuracy. Healthcare is one of the largest and least efficient labour markets globally. We’re building the decisioning layer for workforce — and this role is central to that.
Compensation includes a competitive salary + equity and the opportunity to build a category-defining intelligence function.
In this role, you will work on data projects and market intelligence work, turning messy data into clear insight.
