We are working with Kettering General Hospital to recruit an ST3+ Locally Employed Doctor in Haematology to join a busy and supportive department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience across both clinical and laboratory haematology, working alongside a team of Consultants, Registrars, and junior doctors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical care across haematology inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and chemotherapy services
  • Support the emergency assessment bay and acute admissions
  • Gain experience in bone marrow biopsies and laboratory haematology
  • Assist in the management of haematological and oncological emergencies
  • Participate in clinical trials and research activity
  • Contribute to teaching of junior doctors and medical students
  • Engage in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements
