About The Role
We are seeking one or two Salaried GPs to join an established and supportive GP practice in West Sussex from October 2026.
This is a permanent opportunity within a large multidisciplinary primary care team, offering
15-minute appointments and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, ANPs and wider practice staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
- Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
- Develop appropriate treatment and management plans
- Refer patients to secondary and community services where required
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Systm One
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Qualified General Practitioner
- Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
- Independent Prescriber
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary primary care team
- The practice uses
- Systm One , with standard GP appointments lasting
15 minutes . Working hours start from 08:0 and can run until 18:30 when covering duty.
