We are working with an NHS Trust to recruit a Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the Neuro Early Supported Discharge and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation service, supporting patients with complex neurological conditions in both community and ward-based settings.
About the Role
As a Neuro Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering specialist neurological rehabilitation for patients following stroke or other neurological diagnoses. You will work closely with neuro rehabilitation teams, acute services, community services, and other partner agencies to deliver coordinated, patient-centred rehabilitation.
The service includes:
- Neuro Early Supported Discharge Team – supporting patients recently discharged from hospital
- Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team – providing ongoing specialist rehabilitation for neurological conditions
Essential Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to travel across service locations within Hampshire
