The Role: We are seeking a strategic, proactive Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of a fast-growing AI company operating at pace across three continents. You’ll act as an operational right-hand to the CEO, helping prioritise, align, and accelerate cross-functional work across product, operations, BD, compliance, and people teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping drive priorities, meetings, investor relations and planning
- Coordinate execution across teams in the UK, UAE and Europe – ensuring alignment, accountability and delivery on KPIs
- Design and implement scalable processes across operations, marketing, recruitment and compliance
- Lead OKR setting and tracking across departments, ensuring teams are focused and metrics-driven
- Prepare briefing packs, board updates, and internal communications
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively remove them
- Support special projects, partnerships, and international expansion workstreams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, Ops Director, Strategy, or similar high-impact business role
- A natural organiser, problem-solver and communicator – able to make things happen across multiple time zones
- Strong commercial awareness, ideally with experience in SaaS, healthtech or venture-backed startups
- Confident working directly with a CEO/founder and senior leadership team
- Comfortable in ambiguity – you get things done without always needing a playbook
- Data-driven, tech-savvy and obsessed with efficiency
