We are working with a private healthcare provider to recruit experienced Orthopaedic Consultants to support specialist outpatient clinics across multiple sites in Birmingham. We are particularly interested in consultants with specialist interests in:
- Spinal Orthopaedics
- Hip Clinics
- Upper Limb Orthopaedics
This is a flexible opportunity offering sessions to suit your availability, supporting increasing patient demand across elective orthopaedic pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist orthopaedic outpatient consultations
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions
- Provide treatment recommendations, investigations, and onward referral plans where appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and diagnostic services
- Support efficient patient pathways and clinic delivery across community clinic sites
What We’re Looking For
- GMC registered Orthopaedic Consultant with Licence to Practise
- Specialist experience within:
- Spinal Orthopaedics
- Hip Pathways
- Upper Limb Orthopaedics
- Experience independently running outpatient clinics
