About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable people to support mostly elderly clients (65+) in their homes. You will help with personal care, medication prompts, meals, companionship and general wellbeing. Visit lengths are typically 30-45 minutes and rotas are centralised to reduce travel.
Pay & Benefits
- Probation: £13.25 (W/D) | £14.80 (W/E)
- Post-Probation: £14.00 (W/D) | £15.50 (W/E)
- Travel Time: £0.20 per minute
- Mileage: 45p per mile
- 4-weekly pay cycle
- Uniform, PPE & work bag provided
- Support to complete QCF Health & Social Care qualifications
Shift Patterns
Flexible shifts available between 7:45am and 8:45pm, including early, late, full-day and split shifts. Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with every other weekend required. Full-time rota: Week 1 - Monday to Friday; Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements:
- Drivers only (car essential)
- Good spoken and written English
- Female applicants preferred due to current client needs
- No formal qualifications required - full training provided
- DBS funded by employer (terms apply)
