We are seeking caring and committed Support Workers to join a growing care team supporting both children and adults within their homes and local communities. This is a varied role where you may be supporting older adults to maintain their independence, or assisting children and young people with disabilities to access activities, develop life skills and engage with their communities.

Working Patterns:
- Flexible shifts are available across a seven-day service, including:
- Early shifts from 7:00am
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts until approximately 10:00pm
- Waking nights from 10:00pm to 7:00am
- Community outreach support for children and young people
- School collection and activity-based support where required
- Some support packages are delivered as longer block shifts of up to four hours, while others may vary depending on individual client needs.
