We are looking for compassionate and reliable Female Domiciliary Care Workers to join a growing home care team supporting people within their own homes across Oxford, Bicester, Kidlington and the surrounding villages. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to predominantly elderly service users, helping them remain independent, comfortable and safe in familiar surroundings.
You will be supporting individuals with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship and daily living tasks. We are seeking candidates who genuinely care about improving the lives of others and who can demonstrate empathy, professionalism and respect when working with vulnerable adults.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts available including:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Evening shifts: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
