- Overseeing the daily operation of the domiciliary care service

- Maintaining full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Managing safeguarding, audits, care planning, and quality assurance processes
- Ensuring care plans and documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent care standards
- Staff Management
- Recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management
- Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and care delivery performance

- Supporting the continued growth of the service
