Overview

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join a growing domiciliary care team in Coulsdon. You will be supporting elderly service users, including those living with dementia and Parkinson’s, helping them to remain independent in their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality domiciliary care to service users in their own homes
  • Support with personal care, daily routines, and companionship
  • Follow care plans and ensure person-centred support
  • Build positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Travel between calls within the local area
  • Provide a friendly, engaging and supportive presence

Working Hours

  • Morning shifts: 7:00am – 11:00am
  • Evening shifts: 3:30pm – 7:00pm
  • Flexible working available
  • Open to full-time, part-time, and weekend availability

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in domiciliary care or care home setting
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (driver only)
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately no sponsorship available)
  • Female candidates preferred for this role
  • A positive, chatty and bubbly personality
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for service users

Compliance & Onboarding

  • Two references required (1 professional, 1 character)
  • DBS required (candidate pays upfront, reimbursed after 3-month probation)

Visit lengths typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Opportunity to secure guaranteed hours after probation based on performance.
