We are seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead high-quality supported living services for adults with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of the service, ensuring care is safe, effective, person‑centred, and fully aligned with CQC regulations and best practice. The role requires strong operational oversight, confident leadership, and a compassionate, values‑led approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining CQC registration
  • Leading inspections
  • Overseeing safeguarding and risk management
  • Managing and developing staff
  • Working closely with individuals, families, commissioners, and professionals to deliver positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within supported living or a similar regulated service
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and Positive Behaviour Support principles
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and integrity
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Experience supporting individuals with autism, challenging behaviour, or forensic backgrounds
  • Experience managing service transitions, new registrations, or service improvements
  • Knowledge of PBS, Active Support, or trauma‑informed care approaches
