We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join a growing domiciliary care team in Coulsdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives every day. You will be supporting elderly service users, including those living with dementia and Parkinson’s, helping them to remain independent in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, personable, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality domiciliary care to service users in their own homes
- Support with personal care, daily routines, and companionship
- Follow care plans and ensure person-centred support
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families
- Travel between calls within the local area
- Provide a friendly, engaging and supportive presence
- Minimum 1 year experience in domiciliary care or care home setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (driver only)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Female candidates preferred for this role

- Willingness to go above and beyond for service users
- Two references required (1 professional, 1 character)
