As a Care Worker, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes, providing personalised care that respects their routines, preferences, and independence. You will be part of a wider team, but often working independently, making a real difference one visit at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Personal Care
- Supporting with washing, dressing, and daily routines
- Assisting with medication where required
- Promoting dignity, comfort, and wellbeing

- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Supporting everyday routines that bring comfort and familiarity

Your Working Pattern
Full-time hours: 35-40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled across the week based on client needs. A mix of mornings, evenings, and some weekend availability. You will receive your rota in advance, helping you plan your time while maintaining consistency for the people you support.
Training & Support
You’ll never be expected to do this alone. You will receive:
