The Heart of the Role
As a Live-In Care Worker, you will stay in a client’s home during your placement, offering consistent care and companionship throughout the day. Your role is not just about assisting with tasks — it’s about creating a warm, respectful environment where someone can feel safe, valued, and supported in their own space. You’ll follow personalised care plans designed around each client’s needs, ensuring their dignity, independence, and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Personal Care
- Supporting with washing, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication when required
- Supporting mobility and general wellbeing
- Daily Living Support
- Preparing meals and drinks
