Overview
In this role you will support the CPS sales function in Kendal by delivering efficient sales administration and hold-up to grow revenue. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to maintain relationships, prepare quotations, and research opportunities, acting as a bridge with the solutions team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly. You’ll help monitor the sales pipeline to hit quarterly and annual targets, contributing to the spin-off project for Axiom and the broader mission of delivering critical digital infrastructure solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines organization, research, and customer-facing support to enable business growth.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to provide efficient service and maintain relationships
- Assist in development and growth of business with new and existing customers
- Provide sales administration support and hold-up to the sales function
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company and products/services
- Assist in preparation of quotations for customers
- Identify sales guidance and opportunities and research relevant information
- Coordinate with solutions team to ensure necessary hold-up is available
- Monitor sales pipeline performance to meet targets
Key requirements
- Completed education
- Experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant role preferred
- Strong presentation skills for groups of managers/vendors/customers
- Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Strong multi-tasking, adaptability, and teamwork
- Self-starter with strong organization and planning skills
- Advanced Word processing, Excel, and presentation package skills
