To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Engineering Director – EMEA located in one of our locations in the EMEA region (UK, Poland, or Ireland). Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Engineering, the Engineering Director – EMEA role involves providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership across regional engineering teams, developing and executing the EMEA Engineering strategy, ensuring strong delivery performance, and driving alignment with global engineering objectives while supporting the design and delivery of engineered‑to‑order electrical and mechanical solutions for mission‑critical environments.

Typical Day

  • Developing and executing the EMEA Engineering strategy aligned with global objectives and business growth plans
  • Leading multiple Design Master’s or MBA is a plus
  • Typically 8+ years of leadership experience in engineering environments
