Overview
In this Marketing role at FlexTrade’s London office, you translate business needs into effective go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services to drive demand and product-focused campaigns. You’ll tackle cross-regional initiatives, blending creativity with data to deliver measurable outcomes. The opportunity centers on shaping fintech marketing at scale, embracing new tools and fast-changing environments to give clients a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
- drive lead generation and client engagement in partnership with regional teams
- develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans with regional agencies
- manage digital campaigns, track metrics and budgets
- create content and manage social media, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Mailchimp
- collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to translate business needs into output
- utilize tools such as Salesforce and Intent Monitoring tools to optimize campaigns
- support remote/distributed work structures and travel as required
Key requirements
- previous marketing experience in fintech or financial institutions
- entrepreneurial mindset with ability to self-prioritize
- strong planning and execution skills across modern marketing channels
- excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to partner with regional colleagues to drive lead generation and engagement
- experience developing and executing marketing plans with regional teams and agencies
- experience managing digital campaigns, tracking metrics and budgets
- experience working remotely with multiple reporting lines
- flexibility to travel
- familiarity with marketing tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express/Canva, Office 365, Mailchimp, Zoom, Salesforce, and Intent Monitoring tools
