This is initially a full-time 12 month hybrid contract role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Slough. The Digital Marketing Specialist will own all day‑to‑day marketing execution, act as the knowledgeable bridge between Flextech and our external marketing agency, maintain brand consistency, manage and update website and marketing literature and carry out specific administration tasks related to those. Role and task requirements will be ongoing and developing according to Flextech’s needs and requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Design, create, maintain and update all product datasheets, catalogues, brochures and technical literature including their respective templates using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Update the company website via CMS (craft) primarily for creating new and updating existing product pages (copy/text, images, PDFs, PR (blog posts/news), case studies etc.).
- Design, create, maintain and update branded templates (letterheads, templates, PowerPoint presentations, email signatures, business cards, internal documents).
- Manage and maintain a central organised library of all marketing assets.
- Create social media graphics (using Adobe/Canva) for scheduled organic content via Loomly, working with marketing agency.
- Design and produce external communication documents and sales support materials.
- Proofread and write clear, technically accurate copy.
- Primary contact with our marketing agency.
- Write clear briefs for the agency using input from management.
- Attend and actively contribute to monthly agency review meetings.
- Review, challenge and approve agency work (SEO, PPC, Google/Bing Ads, content, social ads).
